At BladeHaven, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
